Preparation
1. Remove bones from the meat
2. Cut into steaks
3. Cover the meat with Lousisina Pure Oil Marinade
 
Finishing
Roast gently in a pan or grill at moderate heat

0.80 kg Raw ham, sliced Further ingredients
5.00 kg Plum & Ginger Pure Oil Marinade, Item no. 272240
 

Preparation
1. Cut a pocket into the meat every 2–3 cm
2. Cover the meat with Plum & Ginger Pure Oil Marinade
3. Cut the pineapple to the size of the pocket and wrap a slice of ham around it
4. Put the pineapple-raw ham package into the pocket
 
Finishing
1. Convection oven: 140 °C, approx. 90 minutes
2. Pan: approx. 60–70 minutes

Mix Oriental BBQ Pure Oil Marinade homogeneously with the ribs

2. Grill: approx. 40–45 minutes
