The heart of premium quality

Raw materials, unfinished and finished products and foods of all kinds are examined directly in theWIBERG laboratory. We have a range of approx. 200 analytical methods available there. Our independence from other laboratories means that we can act quickly and efficiently on a case-by-case basis.


Sophisticated allergen management

We at WIBERG place great value on comprehensive and consistent allergen management. The allergenic properties of every single raw material are recorded in our raw materials database and transferred systematically to recipes and finished products.


Support with food law

Our food law team is happy to provide advice and assistance for questions relating to labelling, including drafting and reviewing of product names as well as calculating and labelling nutritional values.
